Do these minimums apply to every employee?
Since 1 January 2023 the Employment Act covers all employees regardless of wages, with limited exceptions for specific provisions. Your contract or company policy can always be more generous than the statutory minimum.

Statutory minimums per the Employment Act 1955 as amended in 2022 (sections 37, 59, 60D, 60E, 60F and 60FA).
